KOF 94 is a crossover
with characters from previous properties SNK fighting games Fatal Fury
and Art of Fighting. It also includes revised versions of the characters
in his pre versions – Neo Geo games Ikari Warriors and Psycho Soldier,
and original characters created specifically for the game. The plot
features the creation of a new King of Fighters tournament created by
the criminal Rugal Bernstein.
The basic game system KOF 94 is similar to the previous SNK games like Fatal Fury series, Art of Fighting and Samurai Shodown.
The game uses a four button configuration similar to Fatal Fury 2 and
Fatal Fury Special, which consists of light punch, light kick, strong
punch and strong kick attack. As in Fatal Fury 2, specialized techniques
are performed by pressing buttons in combination, allowing the player
to dodge an opponent’s attack or to launch a powerful drop a character
attack. As with most other fighting games, each character has a set of
basic, unique and special moves that can be performed by the player with
a specific set of inputs joystick and buttons.
Each player has a power indicator at the
bottom of the screen that comes when the character is blocking or
having seizures. You can also fill in manually, but leave the character
vulnerable to attack, pressing and holding down three buttons
simultaneously. Once the power meter is full, basic attacks players
become stronger for a short period. When the characters are in this
state, players can also perform Super Character movement, immediately
consuming the entire power meter. Players can also access Super Move
your character when life indicator is 75 % empty and flashes red as in
Fatal Fury 2 . The use of provocative moves can reduce power indicator
opponent, slow manual loading and prevent the maximum level is reached.
Notably KOF 94 gender innovated by
replacing a traditional round -based format used in previous fighting
games with a format consisting of three meetings for based -on -3 team
battle system dubbed the team . Instead of choosing a single character,
the player selects one of the eight available teams, each consisting of
three members. Before each game, players choose the order in which each
of its crew enters the battle. When the match starts, the members
elected to go first in their respective teams fight. When a character is
defeated, the next member of the team will take its place, while the
character in the other team will have a small part of his life restored
(if the power is lost in the previous round). If a character is losing a
match against the opponent, the player can call one of the companions
left standing on the sidelines to jump and support an attack. The match
ends when all three members of the two teams lose.
How to Play the Game?
After downloading the game file, extract
it and run WinKawaks file. After that go to File and select Load Game.
Now click on “Rescan all” from right side of the console. After that you
will see the game The King of Fighters ’94 with NeoGeo system. Click on it and press OK button. The game will be started. Use to following keys to play and control:
